Our Artist Spotlight Series aims to combine the practical beauty of our bikes with the hands, hearts, and minds of the most talented creatives around.
This time, we passed the handlebars over to LA-based Bryden Lando and gave him free reign to bring high-art to street level! As always, the results are moving - literally and figuratively.
Originally from Hawaii, Bryden has been putting his unique touch on the art and fashion world since 2005. Despite his island roots, his work and energy are anything but laid back. Bright colors, contemporary imagery, and non-stop hustle have made him one of the most-sought designers and artists in SoCal, and we were stoked to see his spin on our rides.
These two bikes were set to debut at Bryden‘s Happiness is Too Expensive show, and he gave us a VIP tour of his studio so we could see the magic happen live! Mitchell DeQuilettes again immortalized the experience on film, so you too can see what it‘s like when vision, experience, and execution combine to create something amazing.

And if you like what you see, it doesn‘t have to end here. You can take home either one-of-a-kind art bike and ride with a little extra excitement knowing that 100% of your purchase is being donated to People for Bikes to help them continue to fight for riders everywhere!
Art. Charity. Awesome. Yes please!
