Another Adventure in Joshua Tree

When we got our invite to the Desert and Denim show, we flipped open the calendar, looked at all the stuff that was planned for that weekend, and then blew it all off to head for Joshua Tree! Because let’s face it, sitting under the desert sun, sipping cool drinks, and spying the latest and greatest in US-made gear beats… well just about everything.

We loaded up a few bikes, a bunch of brews, and hit the road!

Juniper Ridge bills the event as a “Renegade Trade Show” and with all the beards, brands, and bikes that label didn’t disappoint!

The Mojave Sands Motel made a charming backdrop (and provided some much-needed shade) for all of the pop-workshops and wares’ tents.

As the show wound down, we celebrated over some well-earned whiskey. Juniper Ridge even raffled off one of our Bourbons, so one lucky attendee got to ride into the sunset on a brand new set of wheels!

There’s nothing quite like the open road, the desert sun, and all those fuzzy cacti to really make you appreciate the natural beauty of California. We can’t wait to bike back next year, and we’ll look forward to seeing you there!
